DBT has quickly become the de-facto tool for data transformation (taking raw tables populated by ingestion tools like Airbyte and Fivetran and turning them into clean model tables). We strongly recommend using DBT if you are setting up a data warehouse.
Cube (which we use as our data modeling layer) provides a beautiful semantic layer on top of the models generated by DBT.
